In My Father's House LLC is committed to the principles of fair housing. Applications are considered without unlawful discrimination and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair-housing laws.

Decisions are based on published eligibility requirements: the ability to live independently and manage daily personal needs, verifiable income or an approved third-party funding source, willingness to live respectfully with other residents, and completion of the application and screening process.

We welcome adults from many backgrounds, including veterans, individuals transitioning from incarceration, and people who have experienced housing instability. Everyone in our home is treated with dignity and respect.
